Terms and Conditions

  1. Taster day and Tandem flight Vouchers valid for a year from the date of booking.
  2. Refunds are not available.
  3. Minimum age for voucher recipients is 14. If this voucher is for anyone under 18 years of age parent or guardian must be present for the full duration of the session.
  4. All persons paragliding in the UK must be members of the BHPA. The cost of the introductory one day membership is included in the price of the voucher.
  5. If the participant on a Taster Day does not get to fly at all during the day, they may return within the one year validity period to reach this stage (at their earliest convenience), unless failure to reach this stage is due to the their late arrival, decision not to finish or aptitude during training. They will need to pay the BHPA introductory membership fee for the return visit.
  6. If the participant of a Tandem Flight does not receive a soaring flight of around 15 minutes or more they will be able to return within the one year validity period to have another attempt. They will need to pay the BHPA introductory membership fee for the return visit.
  7. Paragliding is inherently hazardous. Accidents can happen even during training or tandem flights with a qualified tandem instructor where every effort is made to reduce the risks.
  8. Flying Frenzy PARAGLIDING ltd. reserve the right to terminate any instruction or tandem flight briefing and flight at any time if we consider a participant unfit for any reason (including attending whilst inebriated or under the influence of drugs) or their conduct unsafe or inappropriate in any way.
